We offer charged manufacturer’s maintenance (delivery standard) for each product in yearly units.
If equipment breakdown is recognized, we will first deliver a substitute device on or after the next business day.
The customer only needs to send the broken device to the designated destination.
We also provide technical support in which customers can ask questions if they do not understand operations and so on.
